Certificate in UX/UI Design Fundamentals

This six-month certificate program provides comprehensive training in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design, two of the most sought-after skills in the technology industry. Students learn to design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital products through a project-based curriculum that covers the complete design process from user research and prototyping to visual design and usability testing.

Set in Seoul's vibrant design and technology ecosystem, the program offers students exposure to Korean design innovation and the opportunity to learn from faculty who have worked with leading tech companies including Samsung, Naver, and Kakao. Students build a professional portfolio throughout the program, culminating in a showcase event attended by industry recruiters.

Module 1 (6 weeks): Design Thinking, User Research Methods, Persona Development, User Journey Mapping, Information Architecture

Module 2 (6 weeks): Wireframing, Prototyping (Figma), Interaction Design, Usability Testing, Design Systems

Module 3 (6 weeks): Visual Design Principles, Typography for Digital, Color Theory, Motion Design Basics, Portfolio Development

Module 4 (6 weeks): Industry Project, Portfolio Polish, Career Workshop, Showcase Presentation

Career changers, recent graduates, and working professionals interested in entering the UX/UI design field. No prior design experience is required, though familiarity with digital products and an eye for aesthetics is beneficial.

The program is offered in full-time (6 months, Mon-Fri) and part-time (9 months, evenings and weekends) formats. Both formats include the same curriculum and portfolio development opportunities.
